Scientific name: Hypericum perforatum
Summary: St.-John's-wort is a powerful
antidepressant and is a very good prozac's substitute.

plant in the yellow flowers.

and psedohypericin, flavonoïdes.
History: Formerly, St.-John's-wort was considered as a magic plant capable of chasing away ghost.
Information: Antidepressant as effective
as Prozac (and without less harmful dout).
Manners: St.-John's-wort is a quality
remedy against all nervous confusions (depression, concern), but also menopauses'
confusions. It is prescribed also in tonic hepatic and biliary. Used external,
it favors healing.
Effects: antidepressant, antispasmodic,
astringent, sedative, relieve the pain, healing, stimulate the disgestion.
Warnings: Be careful, because this plant can reduce the effect for some medicaments.
Do not not associated to a medicine treating nervous confusions (antidepressant, prozac …).
Preparation: Infusion (15 in 30g for 1 liter of water, to drink from 3 to 4 cups a day), alcoholic tincture, oils
