History: It is called "elixir of life" by Chinese emperors during the dynasty Ming. It slowed down their ageing and increased their vitality. Since the 40s, it is the object of traditional cultures in Japan.
Manners: One uses it to strengthen the natural body's immune systems and increase vigour. It is also a powerful anticholesterol.
