Manners: Glucomannane, a not comparable plant gel contained in konjax acts as natural appetite suppressant by giving an impression of satisfaction and does not bring calories. The viscosity allows also to decrease the fats and sugars' absorption at the intestinal level. Furthermore, it favors digestion and avoids constipation which one often meets during slimming regimes. Furthermore, konjax is totally harmless.
