History: Its name catnit or catmint is due to the fact that quite as the valerian, catmint stimulates nervous system of big cats. This plant smell as mint.
Information: Catmint with strong dose has an intoxicating and exhilarating effect.
Manners: Catnip relieves cramps of digestive ways ((hiccup) facilitates digestion, favors gases' eviction, looks after indigestions, after stomach pains) and respiratory problems. It calms down pain and makes lower fever. It is moreover useful against colds and flu. In external way, them looks after rheumatisms, arthritis and haemorrhoids.

Preparation: Infusion (1 teaspoonful) during 10mn.
